We are skilled at managing the design development of projects, whether single discipline, such as renewals, or multi-disciplined enhancements. Throughout the project lifecycle we focus on what is important to the clients and stakeholders, delivering outputs in an efficient manner.

BID AND TENDER MANAGEMENT

We provide an end-to-end service for your bids and tenders, or we can bring in specialist skills to help you deliver high-quality winning bids.

We offer a bid management service from initial inquiry/PQQ to submission, coordinating the inputs from all parties and suppliers. This can include bid writing, technical services, estimating and commercial/procurement management.

RAIL INTERFACE MANAGEMENT

Where projects interface with an operational railway, we can provide technical and support services to successfully manage those interfaces.

Our experience of working in an operational railway environment allows us to navigate through the complex requirements, allowing your teams to get on and delivery your project.

We can liaise directly with the railway authority and produce/review the necessary documentation required to gain their consent for the works.
